FitnessDeakin

FitnessDeakin is built to collect and retain as little personal information as possible.

It stores the information needed to run the training log: account and session information, workout history, exercise records, and training baselines. It is not designed to track your location, browsing, activity outside the app, or broader personal behavior.

FitnessDeakin uses Replit for hosting, database, and authentication infrastructure. The optional exception-review feature may send limited workout-related information through Replit’s OpenAI integration. Normal workout tracking and progression do not depend on that feature.

Deakin Works does not sell personal information, use workout data for advertising, build marketing profiles, or intentionally collect information simply because it might be useful later.

If you ask for your FitnessDeakin account and training data to be deleted, we will remove the application records we control. Third-party infrastructure may retain temporary copies in backups, logs, or operational systems according to its own processes.

We do not intentionally retain deleted training data for recovery unless you ask us to.

Home

Home uses an authorized Google Calendar to display household appointments, meals, and other calendar information.

Home keeps a cached copy of calendar data so the display can continue working if a fresh calendar request is unavailable. That copy is replaced when a refresh succeeds.

Home does not modify the source calendar or use household calendar information for advertising, profiling, or resale.

Google and Cloudflare process information as part of providing the calendar and display infrastructure. Access to the source calendar remains controlled through Google’s account and sharing settings.
